This book should be in every home! This is a true find in home remedies and self-care. There are so many false guides out today that claim to cure everything without real scientific backup. I truly feel this short read should be in every home. You can find some of this information on some of the top health sites like Earthclinic.com; however, even that site doesn't list all the info in this reference. My family keeps GSE (Grapefruit seed extract) in our home at all times as an alternative to antibiotics since one of us can't take antibiotics. This was a real savior for us and this substance doesn't get the respect it deserves. This book explains the science, use, treatments it is used for, dosage, forms of GSE and more. It covers health and household uses such as water purification, mold, laundry, humidifiers, and animal health uses too. Yes, I use it with my dogs. You can get thicker books on the subject if you like to read more pages; however, this is all we need on the subject. Have great health!
