My 8 year old son who I have to fight tooth and nail to read, LOVES these books. He bought one from a school book fair and read it in two days, looked online for more and was thrilled to see that there are many different ones to pick from with new stories! He wants to collect them all, as a low income parent I will do my best to make that happen for him.The books also came in PERFECT condition.
My 6 years old son is about to finish his 3rd Mindcraft book by Cara Stevens. He has never read any other books independently, without needing any encouragement, and for such a long period of time as he has with these books. These books are teaching him not only to read at a more challenging level but also to read independently. I need at least 10 more of these books for summer break and cannot wait for the newest one to come out. Thank you so much Cara Stevens for making a reader out of my boy.
My son really enjoys these books! They are colorful and funny. They are a little short; my son can finish the entire book in less than an hour but he still enjoys them.
My 5 and 7 year-old boys love Minecraft and love these books. My older son read this one in 1.5hrs this morning. I wish they were longer!
Plastic pieces started breaking off around the edges - the part the screen secures to - within a couple of months. I don't travel with it, don't toss it around, or even use it on a weekly basis - maybe only several times a month, if that. 15 months after purchase: so many pieces broke off it is now unusable.
My 10 year old 4th grade son has devoured 3 of these books in a weeks time! I love anything that gets him reading, so 5 stars for me!
My 7 year old boy has read this over and over. He reads at about a 2d grade level and has no problem getting through this. He enjoys this book more than any other I have seen him read.
My daughter loves these graphic novels. Wish they had more!
